Do you match with other company's prices?
Our focus is bringing the highest quality product to our customers at the lowest possible price. Please contact our sales rep to ensure the other company is offering the same quality for their price.

Any new items or machines?
You can find the most up-to-date product announcements and other special discount and offers on the home page.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We offer the most updated items in this website. You can also download a printable catalog in the General Resource & Tools section in the Tools & Resource Center. There will be an announcement when we print new catalogs.

Can I have someone to help me set up?
We currently do not offer this service. You can find easy-to-follow manual that will show you how to setup you systems in the Tools & Resource Center below the system section.

Where can I sell your products?
Our existing customers sell the most of our products in high traffic area. Marketplaces such as mall, strip malls, flea market, etc. are best for this product.

Where can I see your products up close?
CaraMax is at trade shows in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. You can find the event schedule on our home page.

We also offer appointments for private product showings and demos at our corporate headquarter in Chicago. Private demos are also offered in the San Francisco Bay Area by appointment. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

You will also be able to find our product at your local mall.

Do you provide samples?
We will be happy to send you samples and brochures of our products. Please contact us our sales reps.

How long does it take to make the initial investment back?
The profit margin on all of our systems are in the range of 500 - 900% (est.) You should make your initial back by the time you sell all the pendants included in the Platinum package. See hypothetical.

I have problem making web order with my credit card?
The billing address in your account has to match the billing address on record with the credit card you are using. If the address does match and you are still having the problem. Please contact us.

How do I get my money back if I didn't get my package on time?
There are many aspect of the marketplace that could result in late delivery. We pride ourselves on customer service and will be happy to work with you to resolve this kind of item until you are satisfy. Please contact our sales rep for more detail.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
CaraMax accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, COD with company check, cashier check and money order.

My credit card was charged twice, what happened?
This issue is a can technical problem. Please contact our sales rep and inform us of the problem. We will take the necessary steps to help you get your money back.

Do you provide training course on your machine?
We currently do not offer this service. You can find easy-to-follow manual that will show you how to work your systems in the Tools & Resource Center below the system section.

How do I get my machines repair if it's still under warranty?
Please contact us for more detail.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently accept international order over the phone.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
CaraMax accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, COD with company check, cashier check and money order.

Can you ship my order via FedEx?
We do not ship FedEx because it does not offer tracking.

What is my tracking number?
We can provide you the tracking number via email or over the phone. Please contact our sales rep for your tracking number.

What is my total?
You will find the total amount at the end of the web order process. The total will also be provided by the sales rep if you are ordering over the phone.

General Products FAQs

What's the difference between regular pendants and rhodium?
An engraving on a rhodium pendant will last over 3 times longer then a regular nickel pendant.

What's IPG?
IPG is the gold color version of a rhodium. This plating is longer lasting then rhodium.

What is O-Rhodium?
This is a mix of nickel and rhodium. Better then nickel.

How long do your pendants last?
The plating on our pendants are life-time guarantee. However. Engravings and color process usually last about a year with normal wear. ContourShield process will last for over 5 years.

Do you sell real gold and sterling silver?
Sterling silver is the only precious metal we are offering at the moment.

Why can't I find some item's on your website?
You can enter the part number in the search box located on the top right corner of the website. If it does not return a result. Please contact our sales rep.

Do you sell hat machine or mug machine?
We are not planning to carry these products as of yet.

Why do the cubics on my pendants keep falling off?
Any cubic products have the tendency to fall off as the glue shrinks due to temperature conditions. You can prevent this by applying a layer of quick dry nail polish on top of the area with cubics after creating your pendant.

Can you make custom made chains?
You can accommodate most custom requests depending on the quantity of the order. Please contact our sales rep.

If you selling LED panel why don't you sell leather belts?
We do not carry this product line because we are unable to deliver the best prices to our customer.
